Individual Therapy

I provide individualized therapy tailored specifically to your needs. Together, we’ll discuss your goals for therapy and decide on a visit schedule that fits your life. Life gets chaotic, and everyone’s needs are different — so your therapy plan should be too!

I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, with daytime, evening, and Saturday availability depending on appointment type.

First Therapy Session

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, talk through your goals, and begin creating a plan that fits your needs and pace. This session also includes gathering relevant background and history to help us understand the full picture of your concerns. I plan 60 minutes for the initial visit.

Individual Sessions

After our initial session, we’ll typically meet weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and availability. I am flexible and understand life is busy! These one-on-one sessions are up to 60 minutes long.

Investment

Initial visit is $150 and subsequent visits are $120. Payment is due at time of service. I accept all major credit and debit cards. I also accept Aetna of SC, Cigna of SC and Carelon Behavioral Health of SC.

I can provide a superbill upon request, which is a receipt for services you can provide to your insurance company. Please check your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network benefits for mental health services.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions are billed at the full rate whereas late cancels (less than 24 hours) will be charged a late cancel fee of $50.

Fees listed reflect current rates and may change periodically. Current clients will receive advance notice of any changes to their session fee.
